Flower orders received up to 5.00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) can generally be delivered the same day.
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee Saturday & Sunday deliveries. If Saturday/Sunday or a Public holiday is selected for delivery and we are unable to deliver for you on that day, your order will be delivered the day before or the next working day after.
All orders received after the cut off times will be delivered the following day if same day delivery is not possible. Where possible we will attempt to meet specific delivery time requests, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
If your order is urgent or you are unsure as to when your flowers will be delivered, please make sure you contact us via phone on (03) 9594 2385 or on +61 3 9594 2385 for international customers so that we can make sure your order is made a top priority.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to the day of the delivery, a $5.00 cancelation fee will apply.
Australia Post Express Post next-business-day delivery service postal service is used for all retail products. Next-business-day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Network. Please allow for one full business day after the order has been placed before the product is posed.
