| Zouki Café at the Williamstown Hospital
 In October 2006, Western Health finished their redevelopment of the Williamstown Hospital and handed over the shell that was to become a Zouki Café. At the end of November we were asked to have the project – still at the point of obtaining permits – complete and ready for use in the second week of December for the hospital’s Christmas function. This we did comfortably, and now have a very successful, bright addition to one of the older hospitals in the Victorian health system.
