 At the heart of Zouki are three brothers whose talent, determination and foresight is setting the standards in catering and retail services across the East Coast of Australia.
When Moufid Zouki brought his three sons to Melbourne in the 1980’s, he could not have imagined what the future held in store for them. In the last two decades, Sam, Joseph and Faddy have spread their Midas-touch, their charm, across dozens of cafes, restaurants, reception centres and retail outlets throughout Greater Melbourne, the A.C.T and NSW. Into each of these establishments they have injected a piece of their heritage, a resonance of all their father taught them to appreciate.
This is what has effectively become the Zouki trademark: generosity and insistence on freshness and quality, the Mediterranean priorities of warmth, elegance and finesse, an eye for detail, and unswerving attention to genuine customer service.
Building on their success in the private sector, today the Zouki brothers lead a team that has achieved for public health something never before attempted – the enhancement of the hospital environment into a place where you can find fine food, great service, first-class coffee, and a warm, enticing ambience.
Embracing the opportunities for which this experience in the health setting has prepared us, the Zouki team is now set for expansion into new territory, including development of our unique cafe concept into airport transit lounges, as well as hospitality/retail and corporate consulting.
